If you do not like any of your drafts, request a free revision round from your download area and tell us what to change. If you still do not like any draft after the revision, press "Request refund" in your download area within 14 days of purchase. We refund the full price to the payment method you used, usually within 5 working days. You do not have to give a reason.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right to cancel is lost once the supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement. Before payment we ask you to give that consent, because we start designing your drafts immediately. Our satisfaction guarantee above goes beyond the statutory right and applies regardless.
